Used heavily in Vietnam the Navy, Marines, and Army used the Sea Stallion extensivly. Carrier-borne Stallions were the Vtol Transport and Combat Utility Airborne. Much of their use was to transport Carrier goods and Ammunition. It also took to shore damaged or destroyed aircraft. It made Carrier trips to the docks almost unnessisary. However, it wasn't stricktly transport and cargo. It also preformed Submarine Ordanance deployment. But this was not used in combat since the Communist Vietamese could not afford any Submarines. Now overshadowed by the Blackhayck and Osprey, the Sea Stallion was once one of the Armed Forces main work horses.
